Berlin, the capital of Germany, is the largest city of this country, one of the biggest in Europe and definitely a city that can offer a lot to visitors. With a rich history, Berlin is definitely worth at least a visit when in Germany.
Perhaps the first thing you’ll notice is that it is a green city: there are many parks, gardens, green areas. In fact, almost one-third of the city is composed of such green areas and lakes. It is a pleasure to walk in this city.
Then, I am sure, all visitors will be mesmerized by the top landmarks’ architecture. Even if you don’t go inside some museums or palaces, you can still admire them. The Brandenburg Gate is perhaps the most famous monument in the city – as I mentioned in the article dedicated to this monument here on this blog.
